Returns and Exchange Policy
At Yogue Activewear, we strive relentlessly to bring you the highest quality products. Our quality team ensures that every product shipped is carefully scanned for any issues. However, in the rare case you want to return/exchange your product, here is our returns policy :
1. You must raise the return / exchange request within 4 days of delivery on the Yogue Activewear App. To download the app click here Please login in the app with the same number as given at the time of the placement of the order. After login, please click on the Orders link and raise the return / exchange request.
2. We will be happy to exchange the products for size / style. In the rare case that you totally didn't like the product and want to return it, please mention the issue in the email.
3. Once your exchange/return request is approved , there are two ways : 1) You can either self-ship the item to us OR 2) We can arrange for reverse pickup.
4. Kindly note, due to logistical limitations, we are able to provide pickup services for footwear products for limited pincodes only, if we are unable to provide pickup of footwear for your pincode, you will be notified, in such a case , you are requested to send us back the footwear at the address undersigned.
5. When we receive back the item, our quality team will inspect it. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. If the items apparel and especially footwear are found be to be already used, they will be sent back to the customer and the charge of this shipment will need to be paid by the customer.
6. We arrange pickup via third party courier providers and can only inspect the items when they have reached us. It is the customer's responsibility to give the correct items to the pickup person. Incorrect Items given by the customer to the pickup agent will be discarded and will not be our responsibility.
7. In case of return, we will issue you a coupon equal to the amount of your purchase. You can use this coupon to do any other purchase on our website. Please Note : We do NOT provide return bank/cash transfer.
8. In the case of exchange, we will then ship you the new item. Please note the items can be exchanged only once.
9. Yogue Activewear reserves the right to withdraw return / exchange on certain discount items.
10. Items marked for Clearance Sale are deeply discounted and can neither be exchanged nor returned.
11. Items purchased via use of coupon can neither be exchanged nor returned.
