Create a New You.

Remember how your clothes don’t fit, your body feels sluggish, your skin doesn’t glow, you don’t have energy, you want to feel beautiful, you’re regretting what you ate, you’re wishing you worked out, you wanted to change before making another unhealthy choice?Tired of wearing the same kind of dresses over and over again?

Often you might have looked at some women and wondered if you could wear the crop top and the slim jegging she is wearing. So why only wonder? Why not get in shape and wear whatever you have dreamt of!!!

The best thing about being in this phase is you have an inspiration. Inspiration is the most important requirement for getting in shape. The second thing you require is- belief. You need to believe that you can get in shape, no matter how bad condition you are in right now. Finally, you need to work towards your goal.

Try doing as much physical activity as you can. Work out. Hit the gym. Do the apt exercises. By apt exercises I mean, work out in such a way that every muscle of your body gets toned. This not only gets you fit and flexible but also makes you look sexy. Push ups and pull-ups work your upper body such as the chest, arms, back, and shoulders while crunches and mountain climbers focus mainly on the abs. To curve your butt and tone your leg muscles, go for lunges and squats. To focus on the entire body do bur pees. Not only these exercises but doing yoga, kickboxing, martial arts, dancing and many more activities can get you in shape. Also eat healthy and minimize the intake of carbohydrates in your diet.

When you start to get in shape and spend time at the gym, you can be better to other people and be better to yourself and get back to loving fashion and experience it. You can wear whatever you desire, be it the kilts or the lace dresses.
